1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PREVOLY platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.

3. Scope of services

PREVOLY provides medically-led metabolic transformation programs delivered via licensed clinicians (physicians, dietitians, psychologists). The MRSS is a screening tool and is not a diagnostic test.

4. Telemedicine practice standards

All telemedicine consultations are delivered in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020.

5. Account registration and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion under specific circumstances.

7. User content and uploads

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., lab reports). You grant PREVOLY a limited licence to process such content solely for service delivery.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, impersonate clinicians, or use it for purposes that violate applicable law.

9. Medical disclaimer

PREVOLY is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREVOLY's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PREVOLY against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach. You may terminate at any time per Section 6.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
