Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with the free Metabolic Risk Assessment. You only subscribe once you choose to engage your care team.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
Do you bill in foreign currency?
Currently INR only. International billing arrives with our UAE launch in Phase 2.
Are consultations covered by Indian insurance?
Not yet directly — but we provide itemised invoices that many supplemental insurers reimburse against.
Can I pay annually for a discount?
Yes — annual plans get two months free. Contact concierge after your first month for the switch.
